Request and confirmation
Submitting the form records a pending request. A transfer is confirmed only when Fajardo Transfers expressly confirms availability to the passenger by WhatsApp or email.
Fare and payment
The quoted fare applies to the requested route and is confirmed before the trip. Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the transfer, by cash or card.
Trip information
Passengers must provide accurate contact, flight, date, time, passenger, luggage and address information. Changes should be communicated as early as possible.
Waiting and flights
We monitor the flights provided. External changes, exceptional delays or substantial route changes may require new coordination.
Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be requested through the contact channels published on the website. Any specific condition will be communicated before confirming the service.
Safety and capacity
A service may be declined or changed when passenger numbers, luggage or trip conditions exceed the safe capacity of the assigned vehicle.
